- What Stocky data can I export? +
- Stocky allows you to export purchase orders (with line items, unit costs, and quantities), supplier information (name, contact details), and product cost data. However, Stocky does NOT allow direct export of supplier contact history or negotiated pricing notes. StockKit's import tool is designed to reconstruct as much data as possible from the available CSV exports.
- What happens if I don't migrate before August 31, 2026? +
- After August 31, 2026, Stocky will stop functioning entirely. Your store will lose access to purchase order creation, barcode receiving, label printing, and supplier management. StockKit can still import your Stocky CSV data after this date — so you won't lose your historical records — but your operations will be interrupted until you complete the migration. We recommend migrating at least 2 weeks before the deadline.
- Will I lose my stock levels when I switch? +

StockKit tracks quantities against purchase orders and locations in real time, pushing received quantities back to Shopify. - Yes. StockKit operates independently from Stocky — there is no conflict between the two apps. You can run both simultaneously during your migration. Create your POs in StockKit while still referencing historical data in Stocky. Once you're comfortable with StockKit, simply stop using Stocky. There's no cutover switch or downtime.
